Every booking begins with a $100 discovery session, credited in full toward your first booking. A 50% deposit then holds your date; the deposit is non-refundable because the date is held exclusively for you.
Can you handle dietary needs?
Yes — plant-based, allergen-conscious, and medical-custom menus are a published capability of this kitchen. Tell us in your inquiry and the menu is designed around them.
Do you travel?
Our homes are Houston and Tulum, and we travel worldwide for retreats and destination dinners. Travel is scoped in your proposal — nothing surprise-billed.
